Part One shows us the life cycle of the modern-day cannabis plant.

After a seed is germinated, it is planted into a pot of coco and ready to sprout into a mature female flower, just to be cut down and dried in only 3 months!
This growth cycle is extremely fast, which is what makes this plant in particular such a lucrative crop.

The video continues showing a (real, human) group of ladies trimming the leaves and stems from the buds, a long and tedius process. Many growers resort to using 'trim machines' these days.

The most important part of this video focuses on the meticulous packaging process, a pinnacle of importance to both the vendor and the customer.

As you can see if you pay close attention to main image in the video starting around 1:40, it contains a commercial grade food saver and a vendor packaging a pound of cannabis, getting it ready to be sent off to you.

This is the packaging process from start to finish.

First of all, it is critical to have a surgically clean work area and wear gloves. The cannabis is in a standard turkey bag—take note that it is NOT tied off at the top, leaving a clean and even fold instead. The pack is placed into a heavy-duty black food saver bag. The air is then removed and the plastic heat sealed.
Only an amateur would think this is where the lesson ends.

Next

Take note of how medical-grade disinfectant wipes are used to make sure all surfaces are sterile. The vendor takes special care to thoroughly wipe down the outside of the package, as well as the machine and desk area he is using. Cross-contaminating the outside of the package with dirty hands or gloves would make the whole process fruitless.

After That

The vendor takes that sealed, deflated bag with the product inside, places it into ANOTHER bag, and deflates and seals it too.
Now, as the vendor begins a 3rd seal, he uses a few natural drops of mint—completely odorless until you break the seal at home—but adds an extra layer of defense in case a K9 gets too curious.

The cannabis community has agreed that this is the "Industry Standard" for shipping cannabis in flower form:
3 heavy-duty, vacuum-sealed bags.
